  1. Lie down on your back.
  2. Draw your arms and legs into your chest.
  3. Grab the inner arches of your feet.
  4. Open your knees 
  5. Gently pull your knees down to open your hips. 
  6. Aim the bottoms of your feet up. 
  7. Lengthen through your spine. 
  8. Bend your elbows out. 
  9. Press the back of your head down. 
  10. Slightly tuck your chin.
