How to do Standing Forward Fold Pose
- Feet together comfortably or shoulder width apart.
- Hinge from your hips.
- Bring your hands to the ground.
- Place your palms or fingers on the ground on either side of your feet.
- Bring your hips over your heels by shifting your weight forward.
- Place a slight bend in your knees.
- Pull your navel towards your spine to engage your core.
- Lengthen your spine.
- Relax your neck and gaze back.
- On each inhale, feel your chest expand and on each exhale feel your spine and back of your legs lengthen
