  1. Cross your R/L leg over your other leg. 
  2. Wrap your R/L arm under your other arm. 
  3. Bring your toes behind your standing calf. Option foot out.
  4. Squeeze your legs towards each other for stability. 
  5. Lift your chest up. Lengthen your spine. 
  6. Cross at elbows and wrists, then bring your palms to touch. 
  7. Lift your elbows to shoulder height. 
  8. Aim your gaze forward between your arms.
