How to do Eagle Pose
- Cross your R/L leg over your other leg.
- Wrap your R/L arm under your other arm.
- Bring your toes behind your standing calf. Option foot out.
- Squeeze your legs towards each other for stability.
- Lift your chest up. Lengthen your spine.
- Cross at elbows and wrists, then bring your palms to touch.
- Lift your elbows to shoulder height.
- Aim your gaze forward between your arms.
