massage therapy training at the prestigious Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC. Since graduation,
she has cultivated a deep interest in functional alignment principals. She is influenced by the work of
Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains (structural integration) and draws extensively from this method.
Suzanna is also a student of Anusara Yoga, a system that emphasizes the importance of proper alignment
not only in the prevention and healing of injuries in the body, but also in the opening of the heart and
flowering of the spirit. She weaves the Anusara principals into her massage therapy practice.

ACUPUNCTURE is a comprehensive system of healthcare that has been used to diagnose, treat and prevent illness for more than 3,000 years. It works with the body's natural vital energies referred to as Qi (prounounced "chee") to promote a state of balance. If the flow of Qi is interrupted or blocked, the body becomes imbalanced, causing pain and discomfort to occur. Acupuncture is then used to unblock and restore the smooth flow of Qi.
