Yoga For


Tweens and Teens Yoga 10-17yrs, is a light hearted class where your child

will learn breathing techniques, postures, and relaxation tools.Students will

be encouraged  to move with a greater sense of awareness and heightened focus.

Empowering Tweens and Teens with self-confidence and the skills necessary in

coping with stress, this yoga practice will enhance physical performance needed

in all school, sports, dance, martial arts or life!

10 yrs and up...

Kristina Cusenza got her start in yoga about about five years ago by reading from a book on Kripalu and mimicking the pictures and descriptions. After several dedicated months of practicing on her own, she entered a studio in Princeton, NJ for the first time and quickly fell in love with the beauty and grace of Vinyasa Yoga. She believes that yoga is meant for every body, and places special emphasis on creating a space that is both safe and fun, while encouraging her students to listen to their bodies and trust their intuition. She recently graduated from a 200 hour teacher training at Blue Lotus in Raleigh.
