POSTNATAL YOGA with Shanna Seigel
Postnatal Yoga classes meet every Monday from 11am to 12pm. Please call the studio at 919-933-9642 to register. No prior yoga experience is needed. Our SUMMER SESSION of PRENATAL CLASSES starts July 5th and ends Aug 30th....9 weeks for $117 No class Labor Day, Sept 6th.
You are not obligated to buy all the classes in the session. Buy 5 or more classes and you will receive a discount. You can also drop-in to a class for $16
