TRIANGLE YOGA's GURUS & GODDESSES

are yogans that work at our studio in exchange for their yoga classes.

Tracy Bogart is the studio's 'YogaMama'. She moved to Chapel Hill from Malibu

CA  in 1992, and when she couldn't find a yoga class anywhere she created yoga programs at

UNC, ADF at Duke, and all the local fitness clubs.Tthree years later Tracy opened Triangle Yoga.

She teaches yoga, mentors the Triangle Yoga staff of instructor and work/trade volunteers,

mothers her two daughters, grandmothers her two grandsons, tends to her elderly parents, feeds

her three pets, and at the end of the day claims that she is anything but bored.

Kate Bogart is Tracy Bogart's baby daughter. Kate works in the

office and practices yoga when home from ECU, Greenville.

Molly Dougherty recently came to the Triangle from Colorado,

where she was born and raised. While she unravels her future,

she writes about the local food movement for 'The Examiner',

an internet news site.

Sophia Giebultowicz came to the Triangle from Oregon in 2007 to

pursue a PhD in Geology. She cycles (both leisurely and competitively),

she enjoys the mountains, and she fell in love with yoga about

two years ago. Sophia lives happily in Carrboro.

Anna Beth Keith came to the Triangle from Alabama (and she sounds like it too!).

She is a full time research assistant at Duke, and during her free time indulges

a more personal scrutiny through her yoga practice.

Meredith Smythe is a Chapel Hill native. She is an aspiring

yogini with a degree in Dramatic Arts from UNC.

Allison Warner practiced yoga for four years before moving to Chapel Hill

from Raleigh to major in Exercise and Sports Science at UNC Chapel Hill.

You can find Allison waiting tables at Crook's Corner or rescuing cats when

she's not Goddessing at Triangle Yoga.
