gentle breathing

In roughly three equal parts, these workshops weave together supported, restorative yoga asanas with breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation. We work together to cultivate a very relaxed and wide awake state of mind, with gentleness, patience and specificity as our guides.

 

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.


These workshops are not sequential, so dropping in is okay, but pre-registration is recommended!

 

Pranayama (breath control) is the practice of observing, opening and strengthening your breath. Come to know the essentials, functions and effects of your breath through restorative poses and meditation. The science of breathing is the hub around which the wheel of life revolves!
