A very interesting modality that combines massage therapy and yoga stretches. This form of bodywork is performed on the floor, and the client wears comfortable loose clothes that allow for movement.

Natalie Sablina offers massage, bodywork, and energy wellness therapies to help her clients live a more healthy and happy life. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business Management and is a NC-licensed and VA-certified massage and bodywork therapist, a Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Reiki Master and energy medicine practitioner.
Originally from Russia, Natalie brings multi-cultural perspectives to the healing arts. Her background in psychology allows her to clearly see the mind-body connection in every client and use that information in her intuitive massage therapy sessions.
Blending the wonderful healing energy of the universe with Swedish Massage, Clinical Massage, Oriental Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Hot Stone, and Japanese Facial Massage, Natalie has developed her own style that is both art and science. She works very intuitively in her sessions to give each client the space and care they need in order to heal. Natalie's bodywork/massage always includes energy work, because (in her understanding and experience) disruption in the body’s energy system is the root of negative emotions and dis-ease. Natalie strives to improve her client's well-being by helping them regain and maintain the innate balance of body, mind, and spirit.
