This workshop brings Aerial Yoga down to the ground. With the hammock lowered we will explore floor postures with the assistance of the fabric. You can expect to stretch and strengthen your body in new ways, satisfy your playful spirit, and experience a practice that is unlike any other. This class will smooth out your body, calm your nervous system and end with a deep, restorative savasana. No experience is necessary and all are welcome!

Please wear a t-shirt and remove all jewelry

Lowering the fabric 12 inches from the floor affords us a

'leg up' on therapeutics, and the 'low down' on conditioning!
